Moccamaster 1.25lt Classic KB741AO Filter Coffee Brewer (Polished Silver)

The Moccamaster Classic by Technivorm are handmade in Holland. It can brew a full pot of 10 coffees in 6-8 minutes at a between 92 and 96 degrees.
Dual heating elements allow optimal temperature for both brewing and for the hotplate. Featuring an energy efficient copper heating element and automatic shut-off when brew process is complete. The pulse drip method allows a perfect coffee bloom and precise coffee-water saturation time using a 9 hole spray head for efficient wetting of the ground coffee.

Batch Brew using the Moccamaster is the same method as pour over, yet instead of a manual pour over technique using a kettle, the Moccamaster can brew larger volumes in batch with its electronic dispersion. The same principles of ratios between the amount of water, and grams of coffee plus brew time still apply.
