Shipping policy

All orders placed via our website will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another email when your order has been shipped as well as tracking information from our logistics partner platform, Shippit.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $50.00.
Orders between $50.00 and $99.00 will incur a flat $7.5 shipping fee.
Orders over $100.00 will not incur a shipping fee.

Please note we are only able to ship orders within Australia.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our Abbotsford HQ at 449 Victoria St, Abbotsford VIC 3067 or from our warehouse in East Bendigo at 4b Roanoak Court, East Bendigo VIC 3550.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email or SMS when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 7am-3pm at Abbotsford HQ, 7 days a week and 8am-4pm at our Bendigo warehouse from Monday-Friday.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

If you would like to organise someone else to collect your order, please notify us prior and ensure they have a copy of the pickup notification with them.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Once your order has been shipped you will also receive tracking information from our partner platform Shippit which you can use to track your delivery.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@undercoverroasters.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that only Australia post has the ability to deliver to P.O boxes, which may result in delivery delays due to increase demand on their services due to the COVID19 pandemic.
