We like to think of Peru as the "underdog" of the coffee world, sometimes it gets forgotten about- but continues to produce some of the worlds best coffee. Our single origin is sourced from the Cajamarca region of northern Peru where the high altitude of the Andes provides optimal growing condition for arabica coffee.
